If you look at the stitching it's all done exceptionally well, to the point where it is at the same level of quality and excellence as an authentic bag. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!!
