No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

Very cute gucci bag! exactly as described. I was so afraid to make this purchase because there were no photos in the comments, but I had already made another purchase with this seller, I contacted him, asked for pictures of the bag and decided to take a risk.100% AAA replica.. I thought it did. but the seller was great. I actually ordered this is the brown, then changed my mind on the color. I messaged seller and they swapped colors for me, no problem. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

Not sure about the reviews below but mine is definitely real! The bag arrived after about.. 3-4 weeks? Not entirely sure, but the seller was communicative about delays and very friendly. The bag itself is weighty, it feels so real it’s shocking! The inside lining is all black so it matches the bag. The zip inside is very stiff but good quality, and it came with the celine crossbody strap (which is black). At first I didn’t know if there was much space inside but the lining is actually cut perfectly to fit the saddle shape of the bag, so after tucking it into all the nooks and crannies this bag fit my purse, my tobacco, my car keys, and my phone! There’s definitely room for more too. I’m so so so so happy with this and genuinely recommend it to anyone who wants a flawless replica! (P.S mine came in a beautiful illustrated Celine box with receipts and a dust bag!)
