The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. Although I didn’t really need “customer service” in a traditional sense, team member Tracy reached out and informed me of some minor changes to a bag I had ordered. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition.
