Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

Overall i am very satisfied with the 3 bags i bought. Especially 2 gucci bags are done very well! The colour is beautiful and the material doesn’t look cheap. My wife absolutely loved it ! Today i gave it a five star, because i knew what i was ordering , i expect 1:1 quality because of the price i paid i expected decent and that’s what i got. If you wan perfection this bags, Its internal production is exactly the same as the actual LV, and i am very satisfied with the product i bought.
