I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good. Wow. I am very touched. This has exceeded my expectations. This bag is so pretty! I checked the entire bag inside and out and saw only very small defects that weren't even noticeable unless the bag was fully inspected. I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! I own at least 20 real Louis and they’re close enough only I’d know. If you’re going into it thinking these are the real then you’ll be disappointed when they’re not but I think it’s worth the $

Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

Ordered a Louis Vuitton bag from Dolabuy Web. and it is absolutely beautiful. If you look at the stitching it's all done exceptionally well, to the point where it is at the same level of quality and excellence as an authentic bag. My order came 24 days after I placed the order, and Dolabuy service was quick to reply, after my 23-day inquiry, with tracking information so I could see where the bag was (it was literally at my local post office when I checked). Very happy with the purchase, just ordered a 2nd bag now that I've had such a great experience.

I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.

The quality of the goods you receive are exceptional. I don't think you could tell the difference from the actual store. Upon opening them, I was without a doubt nervous wondering if I had wasted my money, but to my relief they were beyond my expectations.
