The quality of the goods you receive are exceptional. I don't think you could tell the difference from the actual store. Upon opening them, I was without a doubt nervous wondering if I had wasted my money, but to my relief they were beyond my expectations. The stitching, leather and details are all 100% to satisfaction. I'm already looking at what to buy next. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. I had an amazing experience with the customer service both before and after my purchase. Samantha was very responsive to my emails and provided me with excellent support. I ordered the black Onthego giant tote and was pleasantly surprised to receive a free round zip wallet of 19 cm along with it.
