The leather is soft and smooth, the quilting is flat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the clasp is easy to open and close. It did not come with a box or receipt but definitely could pass for the real thing. i bought the Chloe bag in black for $299 us, it arrived in around two weeks to Perth Australia.
