No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

Just came back from vacation very happy 5 stars for you web. I ordered this bags December 9, 2020 and it arrived Christmas eve December 23, 2020. I was so happy that it arrived just in time. Because i bought this bags for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I don’t have any pictures because i gave it to my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves the bags. I am a big fan of lv and ysl, i have many authentic bag. When i open the package, very nice replica just a exactly the same compared to the real thing. It did not come with a box or receipt but definitely could pass for the real thing. LVbag great size to fit plenty of things inside, customer service is very professional and patient, resolve any of my questions. Quality is above average, that a really good imitation, only critique would be this one had a smell however the other one i ordered did not. Just air it out for a day or two good to go. I’ve use this seller multiple times & they’re always great.

I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.

I give 4.8 stars only bc this bag deserved a better dust bag. Besides that, bag is incredible, just perfect. I was really concerned purchasing with Dolabuy and gave a shot. Fortunately it worked and Tracy via WhatsApp was helpful.
