It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! The leather is stiff and shiny, the logo is metal and engraved, the zippers are smooth and branded, and the interior is lined with Prada logo fabric.
