Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good. I can feel that it’s made of genuine leather and the microfiber lining is like the real thing. Yesterday, I gave one of the totes to my sister as her birthday gift and she was delighted by it. Genuine review! They are gorgeous. They arrived earlier than expected and I was also impressed with the beautiful packaging. They’re made very durable and good quality. Everything was perfect. I will definitely use this vendor in the future. Honestly I am very picky with buying anything replica but this was just a bag for my partner to take with her to the park etc. Honestly, having seen the genuine one in person and then receiving this, I would be hard pressed to find any difference, maybe the leather swing tag but you wouldnt leave that on anyway. All the zips, clips, tags and shoulder strap all are perfectly branded. Having saved over 1100 by getting this I would say its well worth it snd would buy it 100x over. The differences i noticed are the double strap, original has single, the hardware on one side has a clasp and not the full buckle, the hardware is a silver gold vs the gold or silver on original .
