Overall i am very satisfied with the 3 bags i bought. Especially 2 gucci bags are done very well! The colour is beautiful and the material doesn’t look cheap. My wife absolutely loved it ! Great quality, and great communication with the seller. Amazing product and buying experience. Finally, delivery was fast even if we’re still in a global pandemic. Highly recommended! I am very grateful, i will be a good customer . satisfaction.

Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

Just came back from vacation very happy 5 stars for you web. I ordered this bags December 9, 2020 and it arrived Christmas eve December 23, 2020. I was so happy that it arrived just in time. Because i bought this bags for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I don’t have any pictures because i gave it to my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves the bags. The leather is soft and pebbled, the quilting is puffy and aligned, the hardware is shiny and engraved, and the logo is crisp and clear. The bag has all the correct markings and serial numbers.
