Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! I definitely think I'm worth the money, very sturdy, leather is good quality. I love the design amd how it come with a little bag! Absolutely love my bags! The shipping did take a while due to customs , but i definitely will be ordering from this website and this vendor often to cut out the middle man. I own at least 20 real Louis and they’re close enough only I’d know. If you’re going into it thinking these are the real then you’ll be disappointed when they’re not but I think it’s worth the $
