I had an amazing experience with the customer service both before and after my purchase. Samantha was very responsive to my emails and provided me with excellent support. I ordered the black Onthego giant tote and was pleasantly surprised to receive a free round zip wallet of 19 cm along with it. The quality of the products is impressive and looks like genuine leather. I put my stuff in the bag and it has a perfect balance, while the hardware is solid metal. I received my bag very quickly and Tracy even sent me pictures of the bag before shipping which made me feel satisfied and assured.

I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

I bought a Chanel Boy Bag in black lambskin leather with gold hardware from Designer Dolabuy. The bag arrived in about three weeks with full packaging. The bag is beautiful. The leather is soft and smooth, the quilting is flat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the clasp is easy to open and close. The bag has all the right features like the leather strap ends, the CC logo on the clasp, and the serial number sticker.

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days.
