They quickly answered all the questions I had and it’s really nice to see they are very professional in their customer service. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good. I can feel that it’s made of genuine leather and the microfiber lining is like the real thing. Yesterday, I gave one of the totes to my sister as her birthday gift and she was delighted by it. FedEx delivered it in a timely manner and it took just 2 weeks for the delivery of my package. Thank you for all the support and I will definitely be buying more bags soon!

It's just the size I like. The leather is very good and exquisite. The style and material are very good. The size is also appropriate. One shoulder crossbar is very good. Excellent quality, looks genuine and packaged well. Would definitely recommend! Postage took longer than expected but seller had it packaged and shipped within two days. Delays were with Australia post so cannot fault them for that.

Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. First time ordering from Dolabuy let alone this seller. Compared to my real bag, I have to say it's pretty good! Close to the top quality replica of the counter. Did not expect extra packaging, "certified" card a bag! So that's cool. Haven't found any flaws yet, and if there are, I wouldn't complain, as you can't beat it at this price.
