No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. Although I didn’t really need “customer service” in a traditional sense, team member Tracy reached out and informed me of some minor changes to a bag I had ordered. It’s always a little concerning when ordering any replica but this company truly runs an excellent business or at least the team members on the front line are amazing. Give that gal a raise!
