They quickly answered all the questions I had and it’s really nice to see they are very professional in their customer service. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good. I can feel that it’s made of genuine leather and the microfiber lining is like the real thing. Yesterday, I gave one of the totes to my sister as her birthday gift and she was delighted by it. Just came back from vacation very happy 5 stars for you web. I ordered this bags December 9, 2020 and it arrived Christmas eve December 23, 2020. I was so happy that it arrived just in time. Because i bought this bags for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I don’t have any pictures because i gave it to my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves the bags. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. If I say i love it I am only exaggerating i crazily love it.... amazing quality bag with good communication from the seller and fast shipping..... you just gain yourself a potential customer.

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before.
