Did not expect extra packaging, "certified" card a bag! So that's cool. Haven't found any flaws yet, and if there are, I wouldn't complain, as you can't beat it at this price. No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!!
